I found these porcupine boots but don’t know who made them or what they were made for. Does anyone know?

Someone took all the leftover hair from a beauty salon and glued it to these boots. They’re called Opening Ceremony. (This picture is what it would look like to be wearing them.) It’s a Boot in a Wig!
