Mariah Carey was spotted last winter strolling through the snow in these red boots by Dior. The boots have been described as: “The boots were frumpy, bright red, and the tops were stuffed with what looked like the remains of a Muppet. A poor addition to an outfit that would have been perfectly fine otherwise.”
