I was very happy to read on Squidoo: “The Federal Trade Commission charged Skechers with making unfounded claims. A class action lawsuit against Skechers, Rebook and Vibram will prevent these companies from making false health-related advertising.”
As a result, Skechers gets fined $40 million for making false claims about their Shape Ups. As you can see Kim Kardashian and her family were there in the Skechers press conference sponsoring their shoes. That’s too bad. Thanks Federal Trade Commission for acting as Ugly Shoes Police!
